Ancient Red Tents were a place where women would traditionally gather to meditate, share their experience and channel wisdom for themselves, each other and the wider community.  It was a place where women cherished, nurtured and supported one another, where they could rest and rejuvenate, and where they were guided to align with their inner self, other women and the greater cycles of life.  

Through the suppression of the Divine Feminine over the past two thousand years women have disconnected from their true natures.  Most women are so focused on getting through each day, fulfilling roles and pleasing everyone that they forget about themselves and who they really are. Depression and anxiety rates are at an all time high and women are often left feeling unhappy and unfulfilled.  In this modern world we are often disconnected from the true essence of who we are.  It is time for women to support each other, to rise up and be the women we were always meant to be personally reviewing the way we choose to live our lives.
